Everything you need to know about Viewmax Partners Community and how to join us.
Viewmax Partners Community is a member-driven distribution network, not a direct equity investor in the Viewmax parent company. The Community operates as a Bulk Purchaser, acquiring cinema ticket units at a priority wholesale rate. Members then appoint Viewmax to act as their Sales Agent, consigning this inventory to be resold to the public at market prices.
Profits are generated through a commercial trading model. As a member, your contribution purchases 'units' of discounted ticket stock. When these units are sold to moviegoers at the box office, the trading margin (the difference between your wholesale cost and the retail price) is collected and remitted to your wallet as Sales Proceeds.
No. Your participation is not an equity investment or share acquisition in Viewmax Entertainment Network Ltd. It is a commercial trade arrangement. Your funds are used to purchase Inventory Units (Tickets) in advance. The profit you make is derived from the resale value of that inventory, governed by a Sales Agency agreement.
Your capital purchases real inventory assets. While sales depend on market demand, Viewmax Ltd provides a Liquidity Support Option (LSO)—a mechanism to buy back unsold stock to aid liquidity. Note that LSO usage is subject to a monthly limit of 10% of total unsold inventory to manage cash flow.
We aim to make our community accessible. The minimum unit purchase requirement varies by project phase but is kept affordable for individual partners. Check the 'Active Projects' section for current specifics.
Sales proceeds are settled to your wallet on a quarterly basis (or as defined per project) once the cinema commences operation and sales are recorded. You can view your live units sales and wallet balance in your member dashboard.
All ticket sales to the final consumer are subject to 7.5% VAT (or prevailing rates), collected at the Point of Sale and remitted to FIRS. Member trading margins are calculated on the Net Retail Price.
Project completion dates are estimates based on current logistics. The validity period of Ticket Inventory commences ONLY upon the official commercial opening of the specific cinema location. Construction delays do not constitute grounds for refund.
No. All purchases are Non-Refundable as capital is immediately converted to inventory. Recoupment is solely via inventory sale. However, active members may utilize the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Transfer feature to sell their stock to other members, or apply for the Liquidity Support Option (subject to limits).
